With a background in leadership roles within Funeral Service, Vince has practiced and coached on the transformative power of exceptional service experiences. He knows what it takes to create referrable service experiences and works with businesses in and outside of his profession to create the systems and processes to do so. Vince works as a Senior Business Consultant for Johnson Consulting Group (johnsonconsulting.com), the largest broker of funeral home and cemetery businesses in North America. In his role, he serves as a trusted advisor to funeral home and cemetery business owners, with revenue surpassing $100M, on matters of customer experience, the workplace, marketplace strategy, and financial performance. Vince holds a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and is a Licensed Funeral Director.
