About Antoinette Kula

Antoinette is an energetic and innovative arts professional who is a licensed CX Coach and resides as the Senior Manager of Ticket Sales and Service at Playhouse Square, the country’s largest performing arts center outside New York City.  In 2017, Antoinette pioneered and launched Playhouse Square’s in house Individual Ticket Sales and Service team; using her skills to build world class culture, Customer Experience Action Statement and more.

She has a passion for musical theatre, data, and the customer journey which have all lead her to where she is today! Antoinette’s work is focused on striving to perfect the customer journey at each and every interaction with the patron; which she knows creates increased revenue and retention. She has previously held the roles of Season Ticket Services Coordinator and Guest Account Representative (Playhouse Square), Drama Director (Normandy High School) and Priority Sales (The Cleveland Play House).

She has presented at the EdTA State Thespian Conference and competed thru the American College Theatre Festival. Antoinette holds a bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre and Vocal Performance from Ashland University, her Masters of Arts Leadership and Cultural Management from Colorado State University, and her CX Coaching license.
