About Sarah Bucher

Named A Champion of Change by the White House, Sarah Bucher is committed to creating positive transformations. When she attended her first Customer Service Revolution conference, she knew creating change through service was a path she needed to explore. Sarah became certified as a Customer Experience Executive (CXE Academy) which gave her the skills to design and implement customer service systems into her family-owned retirement planning firm, Citizen Advisory Group. Driven by the successful outcomes of this, Sarah went on to become licensed and trained by The DiJulius Group in the CX Coaching methodology.  Now, as a licensed CX Coach, Sarah uses her natural enthusiasm for training others and passion for service to help other organizations become the brand their customers can’t live without. Sarah is very involved in the community and has been recognized by First Lady, Michelle Obama, in the development of programs for childhood obesity. Charitable organizations Sarah works with include: Boys and Girls Club of Toledo, Cherry Street Mission, Mobile Meals of Toledo, Perrysburg Rotary, Perrysburg Chamber of Commerce, and The YMCA of Greater Toledo.

Sarah lives and works in Perrysburg, OH with her husband, Jeff, two children and two miniature schnauzers. In her spare time, you can find Sarah with her family cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and Detroit Tigers. Sarah enjoys travelling, CrossFit and running on the trails in the beautiful Toledo Metroparks.
