About Mark Busch

During his 40+ year career at Busch Funeral and Crematory and Normandy Insurance Agency, Inc., Cleveland, Ohio, John “Mark” Busch and his professional caring staff received national awards of distinction for excellent customer satisfaction and sales achievements.

Mark attended conferences at The Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe 2010, Zappos, Las Vegas 2013 and The BROaDMOOR, Colorado Springs 2016, learning from the best of the best in customer experience. In 2016 Mark attended the Secret Service Summit presented by The DiJulius Group. In 2017 with Johnson Consulting Group, Mark and his staff at Busch implemented the Customer Service Revolution methodology. 

Now, in 2021 Mark founded specializing in Artificial Intelligence Platforms for Marketing & Sales and Customer Xperience (CX) Methodology. Mark is a certified CX Coach Global. Mark has passion and with his intuitive thinking looks forward to helping your organization experience a CX Revolution! .
