About Jennifer Evans

I had the pleasure of being in customer service leadership for an international brand for over 20 years. Nothing has given me more professional satisfaction than serving the customer.

Empowering my teams to say “yes” while anticipating client needs has consistently produced a significant reduction in customer complaints. These results create positive morale within my teams as they have the autonomy to take care of that client in the moment. Happy, satisfied customers coupled with positively engaged employees is a guaranteed combination for  financial success and growth.

I’ve managed teams of over 120 employees in a variety of functions including sales and design, customer service and local marketing. Additionally, I have facilitated training and workshops on topics including leadership development, sales, business ethics, customer mapping and   turning insight to action with customer satisfaction KPIs. Being a CX Coach has allowed me to share my experience and help organizations grow into the brand that their customer can’t live without. I’m proud to be an MBA graduate from Northern Illinois University. My family and I live in the Chicago area.
