Paul Mucci is devoted and focused on developing people and optimizing their potential! He founded Optimal Leadership in 2016 to help organizations in the Cleveland area develop their managers, so they can better lead themselves, and their teams. 

Paul has over 17 years of experience in the training and development industry.   Over those seventeen years he has been adjunct faculty for multiple universities in Ohio, facilitated training courses, provided 1 on 1 coaching, led successful teams as manager, and been responsible for all aspects of his own business.
